Situated on a long stretch of secluded beach overlooking the Andaman Sea, Jivana Villas are
unique in that they are one of the very few truly beach fronted villas available in Phuket for private rental. Located in Phangnga, 25 minutes drive north of Phuket airport on the unspoiled Natai Beach. The 4 luxury villas each enjoy 6,400 square meters or more of land that gives a true sense of space and tranquility, with stunning garden, pools and sea views from every pavilion. Designed in contemporary Thai style, each room is set apart in its own private pavilion.
The central point of the house is the Great Room which serves as an open plan living / dining area. Its glass doors slide into pocket walls to give the room an indoor / outdoor feeling.
On one side of the entrance courtyard is the family room and library and an extremely well equipment kitchen on the other side.
On each side of the Great Room are three double bedroom pavilions overlooking the terrace gardens with coconut grove. Each bedroom has en suite bathrooms and two have outside bathtubs.
There is a 25 metre black tiled swimming pool that overflows into a smaller shallow pool for small children. At one end of the pool is an outdoor dining sala seating 12 people and near the beach is a sunset sala for massage and siesta.
Soft Opening – Villa B
Villa B will soft open from March and will be available for letting at preferential rates. Lettings will be accepted for eight persons initially. It is recommended that families with young children bring a nanny.
Facilities
The villa’s manager speaks English and will be happy to help you with special requests such as booking restaurants, massages, local spa visits or tours of the area.
Bedrooms
The villa has 6 bedrooms, 4 of which have king size four-poster beds, and 2 with 2 single beds. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, some with indoor baths and showers and the 2 master bedrooms each has a black granite outdoor bath.
Swimming
The double decadence of two 25 meter split level black tiled infinity pools are a central feature of the property with stunning sea views. The bottom pool is shallow so perfect for children. The area is equipped with day beds and comfortable sun loungers.
Family Room
This room is equipped with LCD TV, DVD player, DVD movies, CD player, books and games. It has a pantry complete with fridge and sink for your private bar.
Kitchen
We have a large fully equipped kitchen with 2 large fridges, a dishwasher, two Smeg ovens and a Franke hob, and clothes washing facilities. A reverse osmosis water filtration tap has been installed for clean fresh drinking water at all times.
Meals
For soft opening continental breakfast is served until 10:00 a.m. Thai food can be ordered for lunch and dinner at you cost.
Food and drinks are bought from the local market and supermarkets. These will be charged at cost plus 7% VAT.
Cook and Maids
The villa has 2 maids for cleaning, housekeeping and laundry and maintaining the villas to a high standard.
A driver and car or self-drive car can be arranged with sufficient prior notice.
In house massages can be booked through the villa’s manager or he can arrange for you to go to local spas at Hotel Aleenta or the Hot spring Beach Resort for a complete spa treatment.
